Firmware update for blackshark v3 pro xbox broke headset

I was on my headset perfectly fine but it kept hounding me for a firmware update. So i go on my pc to go to update it and it detects the dongle quickly and updates. It asks to connect my headset to the pc so I do just that but no matter what i try it wont detect the headset at all. If i use a different port, nothing. If i restart the app, nothing. If the headset is on or off, nothing. I tried factory resetting it and nothing. Whenever I try to connect it to my xbox now, something it detects, but no audio or mic.
