Firmware Update Not Detecting Keyboard

I am having major issues trying to update the firmware on my Cynosa Chroma keyboard (not the Pro). The support site directs me to download the Pro driver, which absolutely refuses to recognize that my device is indeed connected. I have uninstalled, and even deleted, ALL of the drivers associated with the keyboard, including those that were hidden, uninstalled and reinstalled both Chroma and Synapse, done both at the same time, reset the USB settings in my BIOS. Basically, I've done everything except reimage my computer, which I will NOT do because of this asinine problem. I can't even contact Razer support to report the issue as I am instead told, "Your product is out of limited warranty and ineligible for free support." Razer, please support.

Are you having this (or a similar firmware update failure issue) as well?

Check this FW. But it's only applicable to RZ03-01460 model (check your sticker under the keyboard). https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1661
