I keep trying to update the firmware on the blackshark v3 headset but it just doesn’t work. It keeps timing out during the reset. The dongle updated successfully first try.
Im trying to do this because the headset keeps bugging out, going all robotic (requireing a replug) or just straight up not sending audio anymore (required power off and on again) randomly. I was hoping a firmware update would help, but i can’t even do that.

If you have another PC - I’d try FW update on it.
