Firmware updater doesn't see the keyboard connected

HI,

I have new Razer Blackwidow Tenkeyless Keyboard, and the key 0 (zero) and ofcourse the closing parathesis, are being typed multiple times on a single press. One of the solutions I saw was to upgrade the firmware. I tried to download the updater and run it, but the software didn't enable "Update" button even after the keyboard was connected.

Does it mean, the keyboard already has the latest update and doesn't need update (meaning, that even with the latest update, the issue still exists?) or there is some issue with the updater? I had downloaded the latest one.
This typically means that the updater is not compatible with the keyboard or the device is not detected properly by the PC. Please send me the serial number and a screenshot of how the keyboard appears on the Device Manager. I'd appreciate it if you can share the link to where you got the firmware updater. Let's go from there.
