This is not exactly a question, but I have encountered some issues with newest win10 update on my 2020 razer blade advanced. I think I have found a fix and I'd like to post my solution here for anyone else. Please tell me if this post is not appropriate for this forum.
The problems I had are:
Fans making weird noise (tah-tah-tah-tah, as if it is hitting something, i thought it was coil whine at first)
In DGPU mode, when using 3 finger gesture to adjust volume, the volume slider on the top left lags a lot
My fix:
go to windows update and install the optional update called "2021-04 Cumulative update preview for windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64 based system"

We appreciate you sharing this with the community. I understand that this is a lot to ask, but do you mind adding screenshots so our not-so-technically-inclined brothers and sisters can follow along?
About the fan noise: I don't think this is the correct solution as it has came back. My suspision is that the fan expanded due to the heat and is rubbing against something. This seems to happen to lots of razer blade owners and I don't think it's a big problem, just a little annoying, and many people have it fixed by sending it back for a fan replacement. I don't mind it much so I'll just let it go.
For the volume slider part, here is how I fixed it (I can't recreate it with screen shots because my update is already installed)
Step 1: In win10 settings, go to Update &security.
Step 2: click "check for update"
Step 3: For me, there was an optional update called "2021-04 Cumulative update preview for windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64 based system". Download and install it
Step 4: Restart your computer.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. Do let me know if you want to get the fans replaced. I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf.
