Hi Razer support,my Huntman Mini 60% keyboard is malfunctioning. All the LEDs are off except for the Caps Lock LED, and some keys aren't working. For example, I have to use the FN+Y key combination to get the Y key to work. Could you please tell me how to fix this?

    The FN+Y behavior is a useful clue, especially since the keyboard is also missing its normal lighting. I’d first test the keyboard on another PC without Synapse running. If the same keys still only respond through FN+Y, that would help rule out a Synapse or Windows configuration issue.

    If it behaves the same way on another system, it may be worth contacting Razer Support rather than continuing to reinstall software.
