flashing orange light on chargeing dock when not on charge.

I recently purchased a razer controller and quick charge dock combo and it was doing fine for about 2 months then i woke up today and it was blinking orange. Nothing in the manual mention a blinking orange light just a solid. Then i unpluged it brought it to work so i can troubleshoot it. Now it does not blink when the controller is on it but when you take it off it blinks.  I was wondering if there is a fix or what i have to do.
