Hi all! My name is Kirby from Hong Kong. I purchased my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds last year in a retail store. I unboxed it and charged for about 3 hours since it was the first charging from unboxing. In my first use of the earbuds after installing the Razer Audio App there was a software update needed so I updated it. When I first use the earbuds I have noticed that the battery indicator in the app in left earbud is at 50% only while the right earbud is at 60%. Since it was my first use of the product and just performed the software update done by the Razer Audio App I was thinking It was drained due to the software update process. While using the earbuds I noticed that the left earbud drained so fast compared to right earbud. But still ignored it because I was thinking it will be corrected when I recharge the earbud. After recharging same problem still exist. Left earbuds will drained in just 30 minutes of use and will only charge up to 90% compared to right earbud that will charged up to 100%. I would like to ask if there's a quick solution to this problem? Or should I claim warranty and return the product? (P.S: Do i have to provide the receipt for the warnaty? I just lost it but i still have the box and serial code.)
