Fn key stops working

I couldn't find this issue on the forums so I'll post it myself:
With Synapse loaded (latest version, fresh update) after a while the fn-key stops working, reloading Synapse makes it work again for a while.
Anyone have this too?

peterprutserI have a Blackwidow elite, what i have noticed is when i start up the computer i have to wait till the synapse loads and goes off (synapse loading logo) for the keyboard to work fine. It usually runs during the startup and takes few seconds to sync with all the razer product connected on the computer.

I see, for me the synapse startup is indeed slow too but thats not the issue.
After 30mns or an hour or so the fn key just stops working, the synapse stuff is still running.
I did get an error message in synapse yesterday, something about 'an error has occurred..' but I could not take a screenshot because the fn key didn't work :s
also good to note I have a Razer Blade 15, and a Mamba Tounament mouse attached.
Ah, can you take a screenshot of the error next time so that we can see if it has an error code and help further.
peterprutserYou can use the snipping tool built into windows to take a screenshot of the error in the case your FN key doesnt work. Also try to disable all binds/ macros in Synapse or resetting the device by going into the cog wheel on the top right and resetting the keyboard to the default config. If the error persists with the default config you might need to contact support for a firmware file or RMA.

I don't use any macro's at, only the lighting presets, I will try to default everything, but a clean reinstall did not work.
It did it to me again just a minute ago, after waking up from sleep, the fn key didn't work and synapse became unresponsive, then followed by this screen:

Little bump, still have the issue, I need to restart Synapse about 3 times a day :/

It's a synapse software issue.
Most of the times I get these issues when i use the Mamba mouse with my Blade.

@peterprutser There's definitely something wrong with the Synapse on your Blade. Please send over your Synapse logs through PM so I can help you further isolate the issue. You can use this to collect the necessary files and upload them on GDrive or something similar.
