Hello,

This is a follow-up regarding the support request I submitted on March 5th, 2025 concerning a 2FA issue (unable to receive SMS code and account lock for 15 minutes). I received an acknowledgment, but I haven’t received any further response or solution since then.

This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I kindly request urgent attention to my case.

Please update me as soon as possible.
