forget Backup Codes

I registered around July 13, two years ago, and have not used it during this period. After I recently recharged and was about to use it, I found that I needed to use 2FA or Backup Codes. Two years is too long and I completely forgot about it. I need to reset my 2FA or provide Backup Codes
