FOUND OUT HUGE ISSUE FIX WITH MICROPHONE NOT WORKING

So, I had just bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X and my headset audio worked but my mic didn’t. I tried everything recommended in YouTube videos, here, and Microsoft support. Nothing worked. That’s when I had this idea. The Blackshark X comes with those two jacks for headset and microphone audio. I had only plugged in the headset one, thinking I had to, but found out what those extra cords were really for. The headset worked after putting it in, so maybe the mic would too! So I did it, and the mic finally showed up in my input list on windows settings, and now it works. Spread the word about this to those who have tried everything, but nothing works. Your welcome! (PS.
