Hello,

 

I am a user of Razer Gold, and I recently purchased a voucher with  all the following voucher codes:

52616052425225

32188779503386

05891000261131
30271282016433

98099769358015
 

I have not used these vouchers myself, but when I tried to redeem it, I received an error message stating:

“The PIN has already been redeemed.”

 

I suspect that someone else may have seen the voucher code by mistake, even though they did not have the PIN (if there was one). However, it seems they were still able to use the code.

 

I kindly request that you check the status and usage history of this voucher and investigate whether it was redeemed by an unauthorized person.

 

I can provide proof of purchase and a screenshot showing the error message.

 

I would appreciate your assistance in recovering the balance or offering any possible compensation.
