Fraudulent accounts created in my name

I need someone from RAZER to conatct me, this account and another account created against my email have been created fraudulently - The person who created these accounts stole $1000 from my credit cards to buy razer products and I cannot delete the accounts because they have linked a 2fa device to these accounts. I was unable to reach anyone by phone and need immediate assistance
