Free 7.1 Activation Code Not Recognized

Hello Razer Support,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X.
My serial number is: SN (removed serial number for security purposes)

I tried to register my product and activate the Free 7.1 Surround Sound on your website, but the serial number is not recognized.

Could you please provide me with an activation code for my headset?

I can provide a photo of the headset or the box showing the serial number if needed.

    Please enter your 15-character serial number, excluding the "SN" letters and any dashes.
