Freeze/Lockup with Blackwidow V3 Pro and Razor Basilisk Ultimate

I have a Blackwidow V3 Pro Keyboard and Razor Basilisk Ultimate Mouse. Seemingly at random they with either both freeze or one of them freeze for a fraction of a second or over many seconds, sometimes permanently when running wirelessly. I have tried multiple combinations or one wired the other not but it's always the wireless one that freezes. It doesn't matter whether its a game or simply typing in Word it will freeze. Also I noticed that the lighting profile goes back to default when one freezes. I have updated the Razor software as much as I can, run every update on my PC, uninstalled and reinstalled all the Razor software. Even updated the BOIS firmware. I have removed all other USB devices and directly plugged the receivers in to USB3.0 ports but that did not change anything. I am forced now to use both in wired mode, and I hate having the cables attached because it's a home theater /gaming setup and having long usb cables across the room for people to trip on is not what I wanted! Can anyone help?
