Every time the computer is turned on, it repeatedly disconnects and reconnects, then the cursor periodically freezes for 1-2 seconds. Changing ports, deleting/reinstalling Synapse and drivers does not give a result.

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
