I got my Orochi v2 today and set it all up only to find out my curser freezes every so often. I've tried everything to fix it but to no avail. Is their anything that i can use to fix this problem or do i have to return it.

Does this only happen when on the 2.4GHz mode? If so, there is a firmware update that is supposed to address this. But before I can give you the updater, I need to verify if the mouse is compatible. Please send me the serial number so I can do just that. Let's go from there.
