Frontal and back audio isnt working on barracuda x

i am only getting side audio even after updating drivers and trying to configure them in windows (when i tried i didnt even get the test audio and its a little upsetting)

If you are only getting audio from one side of your Razer Barracuda X (or lopsided audio) even after updating drivers, the issue is likely due to incorrect Windows sound balance settings, faulty 7.1 software, or a physical connection issue within the ear cup.
