I recently encountered a problem with my Razer mouse and had to reach out to their support team for assistance. I first contacted them on January 28th, but despite promising to respond within 3 days, I still haven't received a reply. I reached out to them again on February 3rd and was told I'd hear back in 2 days, but again, I haven't received any response. The Razer website mentions a possible delay of 3 days due to the lunar new year, but it's now February and I'm yet to receive any assistance. What are my next steps?
