Frustrated with Razer Blackshark V2X Mic and 7.1 not working? Any solutions?

Hi as title states. I can't seem to get mic working at all on discord. Barely audible on league of legends. Works perfectly fine on Microsoft teams. Tried plugging directly in motherboard. That didn't solve the issue. Updated the realtek drivers and restart pc didn't work. Seen some people managed to get the PC to detect the headphones as a playback device but it doesn't show up for mine? Also Realtek audio manager seems to think 7.1 works when plugging in the front ports but having the normal speakers set as default. If try to setup as 7.1 speakers as default no sound comes through at all. Razer synapse does not detect the headphones whatsoever Linein does not work whatsoever. Just at wits end what else I can do?
