Last week I opened an RMA for my laptop for cosmetic issues, I understood with something like this it is out of warranty and I would have to pay. Sent it out middle of last week and they confirmed at the end of the week they got it.
No updates for days on the RMA, then suddenly I got a UPS alert yesterday from Razer that I am getting the laptop back next day air. Took the day off today and waited. Checked status and package was on truck on delivery so was going to get it before noon. An hour before that, I got an alert from UP:S with a hold request from Razer to send it back, At the same time, I get a random request to pay from Razer for the fixes. No notes in the RMA of what they did, no updates, nothing, just a note about my tracking. Frustrated that I took day off from work, I paid the RMA quote. Wanted it back asap.
20 minutes later Razer support calls me confirming I paid and that the package will arrive today. I told them about the Hold and they said it’s nothing to ignore it and no delay. Day goes by and get another email from UPS that my laptop is now being sent back to Razer. At the same time, I get email from Razer support giving me my tracking with is the same one I have been tracking. I have been trying to contact them my phone, chat, and adding updates to my RMA and getting now where. There is still zero updates on the RMA on what they did or anything of this sort.
Now I am at a point where I may not get my laptop back for a week or more I’ve been trying to find email for corporate to email and I can not find anything. Any help?
