I've already gone round and round in the razer synapse app, removed macro 1, removed macro mode keys but nothing works. Can someone help me?

If full screen is triggered by a certain key while using the app, try checking the settings. Otherwise, if the issue persists across different applications, isolate the issue by temporarily disabling Synapse.
