Fully Built Out Razer Blade 17 2022

I'm considering getting a Razer Blade 17. In the specs:
  • the memory is 32GB when sold but upgradeable to 64GB
  • the SSD is 1TB, but upgradeable to 4TB if I replace the original 1TB with a 2TB
So the question, since Razer doesn't seem to sell them this way:
  • What is the best way to get one fully built out?
  • Are there third party vendors who do this?
  • If I do it myself, does the laptop come with the OS install media since I will be replacing the SSD with the OS on it?

Nevermind, I got Best Buy to build it for me. Not impressed with Razer's configurability support.
