my Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro wireless keyboard is malfunctioning after performing a hardware reset using the key combination ESC + Space + caps lock
Here are the observed symptoms:

The keyboard powers on, and the lighting works normally.

The battery is detected at 100%.

The keyboard is recognized in Razer Synapse, but none of the keys respond, neither wired nor wireless (Bluetooth / 2.4 GHz).

Any lighting changes or commands via Synapse have no effect on the keyboard.

I have tried the alternative procedure (ESC + Caps Lock + USB connection) to enter bootloader mode, without success.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse, tested with several certified data + power USB-C cables, and on multiple PCs, without any change.

The official firmware update tool indicates that the installed version is the latest and does not offer a forced reinstallation.
I suspect a corrupted firmware or hardware issue preventing full communication between the keyboard and the PC.
