I got errors on Event Viewer such as :

Yes, I tried to log a support ticket and I was not able to log one.

I also have the same Event Viewer error on my windows 11 desktop.

My pc keeps randomly freezing and I have to hard boot everytime. Having the same thing show up in the reliability monitor, seems like once gamemanager stops working shortly it freezes my whole pc, I’ve uninstalled all razer applications. Just wondering if it’s happening to anyone else?

Prevent GameManagerService3.exe from Crashing on Shutdown
1.Open Task Scheduler
Press [Win + R], type taskschd.msc, and press [Enter].
2.Create a New Folder for the Task
In the left pane, right-click "Task Scheduler Library" → Click "New Folder".
Name it RazerFix (or any name you prefer).
3.Create a New Task
Click on the "RazerFix" folder you just created.
On the right side, click "Create Task" (not "Basic Task").
4.General Settings
Name: Razer Shutdown Fix
Check "Run with highest privileges".
Set the Trigger (When the Task Runs)
Go to the "Triggers" tab → Click "New".
5.Set "Begin the task" to "On an event".
Under "Settings", choose "Basic".
Log: Select "System".
Source: Select "User32".
Event ID: Enter 1074 (This event ID occurs when Windows is shutting down or restarting).
Click OK.
6.Set the Action (What the Task Does)
Go to the "Actions" tab → Click "New".
Set "Action" to "Start a program".
In "Program/script", type:
taskkill
In "Add arguments", enter:
/F /IM GameManagerService3.exe
Click OK.
7.Adjust Conditions
Go to the "Conditions" tab.
Uncheck "Start the task only if the computer is on AC power".
8.Save and Exit
Click OK to save the task.

Event ID 1074 is triggered when Windows initiates a shutdown or restart.
This task ensures GameManagerService3.exe is properly stopped before shutdown, preventing the crash.

Razer support has stated that "this is a Windows issue."
When reporting this to Microsoft, they responded with:
"I have installed Razer Synapse 4 on my PC, but I am not experiencing this issue. It also seems that no one else has reported a similar issue in this community."

If you are also experiencing this problem, please consider reporting it to both Razer Support and Microsoft Support.
More reports may help bring attention to the issue and lead to a proper fix.
