Gaming mode and macro recording stopped working for me

Hello! So recently my keyboards macro and gaming button stopped working. I know the keybind and so, but it won't work. I have a BlackWidow X chroma and the light for gaming mode doesn't change. It says that it's on in the program but it isn't on. Can anyone help me?

    When entering Game Mode, do features like Windows Key being disabled still take effect? Can you put up a screenshot of how this appears in Synapse and do you get the same results for different lighting profiles?
