Geforce or no Geforce? Stealth 8550u UHD (2018)

When I go into the control panel (device manager) all I see is the Intel UHD Graphics 620. Should the Geforce device show up? Did all i7-8550U UHD Blade Stealths ship with the Geforce GPU subsystem?

    (To elaborate a bit- I got this machine unit-only, but wanted to make sure I'm not missing something- i.e. the Geforce subsystem is defective or if it requires the Core module to connect via Thunderbolt, which I don't have).
