Hi razer gold team.

I have been using this platform for many years and have never faced any issues while generating PUBG Mobile UC codes—until recently.

Previously, when we initiated the code generation process and clicked on "Proceed to Checkout," we were prompted to verify our accounts once through biometric verification, an authenticator app, or backup codes. After successful verification, the account would remain active for approximately 15 minutes, allowing us to generate multiple codes without repeated authentication.

However, we are now encountering an issue—particularly in Pakistan—where the system requires verification for every single code generation. This new process is significantly slowing us down, as it's not practical to verify using biometrics, backup codes, or authenticators for each code.

We kindly request that you restore the previous system, where a single verification unlocks account access for 15 minutes. This will allow us to work more efficiently and continue generating codes without unnecessary interruptions.

Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
