my razer kraken’s mic is no longer working and its sound is now muffled and you cannot hear people from it does anyone know a fix other than the device manger thing since i tried it 5 times already

When did the issue start to occur? Were there any changes made to your system or headset before the issue? Were there any incidents that happened to your device?
