Genshin Impact Razer Chair parts

Hi Everyone,

My Genshin Impact Razer Chair never came with a serial number that I know of but I can prove I purchased it on my account. I am looking to see if I can order a replacement seat as the old one has seen better days. If anyone knows who I can reach out to about this I would appreciate it.

    Hey ​@Nexus_General,

    Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? You can view it on the label at the bottom of you chair composed of 15 alphanumeric characters as illustrated on page 6 from the guide. Please also send a photo of your Order Confirmation email so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
