Hello, I've purchased the 1980 genesis crystal pack using a 3rd party payment aka non razer gold wallet and I've received the gems in my account but have yet to receive any updates on the code for the wings promotion.
it's been 3 days and the event's t&c specified that it would take up to 3 working days for it to be sent to my email, any help on this?
I tried contacting the support chat but there was no agent
