Hello. I am a Razer Blackshark V2 X user and I was using this device with 7.1 surround with the activation code. However, since I formatted my device, I had to reinstall the headphone driver and when I enter my activation code again, I get a warning that this code has been used. Is there a chance to get a different code for the same device? Or how can I solve this situation?

Please try to reinstall the software here and follow the steps in this article to set up the 7.1 Surround Sound.
