Hi guys,
I use razer kraken headset for a long time.
Don’t have the box anymore.
Windows for a reason suddenly ask me my product code whereas they were saved on the pc.
Can’t find it.
Razer keeps on starting at windows start and lead to errors…
How to solve ?

If yes, then if you’ve activated the code - it’s assigned to your RazerID account. Instead of entering the activation code again, just login to your RazerID account.
