Really?! After the experience I just had with Tech Support, I am returning my week old Razer Blade 15 Advanced!

It covers collisions. I get the drops, spills and falls but what/how is a collision for a piece of hardware?

I'll second the need for massive and rapid improvements to customer support. To be fair, my last dealing with them was quite some time ago but I'll still say that the customer support was horrendous. I'd say it would rank second only to Gigabyte's customer support for how slow, inept, unmotivated to help or incapable of assisting it was. And they are infamous for how bad they are.

Every time I plug in or remove a peripheral (Thunder cable, thumb drive, etc.) the screen flashes / flutters. Was hoping it was an easy fix, but Tech was clueless. And yes, I installed all the updates and had current drivers.
