Getting no response from Razer Gold Support for my Pending reload which is almost 3 days already

I am again creating a thread to get help for my pending reload which is almost 3 days already.

 

My last thread was just closed but when I sent a message to “Razer.ScarletRouge” I was getting no response.

 

Can someone help me resolve this ASAP?

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A SUPPORT AGENT TO ASSIST ME ON THIS THE WHOLE DAY WITHIN THE SUPPORT TIMEFRAME 7AM - 10PM (+8) AND THE WHOLE TIME THERE ARE NO AGENTS.
