getting serious anxiety

So Synapse does the following on an imac with latest OS

Everytime I restart my imac, I need to delete/uninstall all synapse related items, it refuses to start at all.
Then download lastest and do a fresh install, BUT it still refuses to start.
So I go into library/application support/Razer and there i click o the RZupdater and then the software starts.
It downloads my profiles/settings from the cloud and after a freaking procedure i finally get it to work.
Rinse repeat every day !! seems legit ?
I was about to throw some words in the post, because you apperently couldnt care less about mac users, since the software proberbly is more suited for a toaster then your own mice.
Please stop telling mac users you sell compatible mice .. U DONT!! Its a paperweight plain and simple.

What mouse and what version of Synapse are you using?
Razer Naga Trinity and Synapse 2 version 1.85 (1.85.2) on macOS Mojave version 10.14.1
