Ghost Keys? on Widow v3 tenkeyless | Razer Insider

Not sure if this is asked before, but aappreciate if anyone could direct me to the correct thread if asked before.



I just got the Widow v3 tenkeyless keyboard. But i realize it seems to be a common issue that these tactile keyboard comes with ghost key issue?? If you look at my first sentence, you will realize there are double space, double a.. but i press the key once oonly.



is there any solution to this?
fyi.. tis is a new keyboard.. and i tried switch usb ports and terminating synapses.. based on my search on other threads.. but issue stil persists..
