I have a slight issue regarding a purchase I’ve made 6 months ago and I have yet to receive a response after countless follow up email. For the record, I emailed support on the first week of purchase. Is there a different support I can try contacting? I receive the same email everytime trying to contact them “Thank you for submitting your case inquiry. Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate department for review.”
