      i redeemed my card and it stated its a used card

      Hey Oganaboss,

      For any issues regarding Razer Gold, please submit a ticket or contact our Razer Gold Support Team via Live Chat. Make sure to include all relevant information and photos of the card code. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:
      1. Everything has to be a separate image.
      2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
      3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
      4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
      5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
