My friend purchased a Razer gift card and the website is saying that it's supposedly bad or already been used, we want to check the balance and see if the person is a lier or is telling the truth so how can we go about it to check th balance with out redeeming the balance?

I’m having the same issue and I need to see if both cards are truly redeemed or it’s an mistake bc I know I didn’t activate them
