Gift Card Process

Hello All, About 10 days ago I purchased a Razer Blade 15. A part of the program was a free gift card. The card didn't come with the laptop package, and I am assuming it will be sent separately. Does anyone know the process for receiving the cards? Are they mailed separately? Should I be concerned that mine has not arrived? Thanks for any help! Sean
