Got the new Blade 16 as a gift. Found out that the trackpad has a lot of issues. Would like to RMA but only have a copy of gift receipt. Is this possible?

Let me assist you with your Blade 16. Can you update or reinstall your trackpad driver by following the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the trackpad issues you're currently experiencing.
