I redeemed a tango gift card for a razer gold gift card, after that, I tried applying the card to my balance but I'm being told it's been used. Please can someone assist me?

Hi jost77,

For Razer Gold gift card issues, I suggest that you submit a Submit a Ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Please make sure to include all relevant information and photos of the card. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

1. Everything has to be a separate image.
2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
