Gigantus V2 3XL

Hello Razer and Razer community, I hope all is well during these trying times. I have some questions about the Gigantus V2 3XL. I managed to look up some reviews around the internet and I saw a growing concern amongst the mouse mat enthusiasts. One particular review stated that the feel of the left to right felt rougher when compared to the up and down grain of the mat. I personally hadn't noticed it until I came upon the review. To me the mat is great and feels good with the new DA V2 Pro. I do kind of get what the reviewers are stating. Is this something that is being investigated by Razer in regards to this mouse mat?
