I just bought Razer Ripsaw HD.

while capturing FIFA 21 glitches happens some times at the bottom of the screen please help
Hello! I have the same problem. Have you fixed it meanwhile?
I was connecting it to USB 2 Port

but after connecting to USB 3 Port I had another issue which is picture freeze after 2-3 minutes and I must reconnect it to resolve the problem then freeze again

I think the problem is, that the capture card does not get enough power, when - in my case - the Trust GXT USB microphone is connected to my PC. Only when I disconnect the microphone, the capture card has enough power and the problem doesn't occur.
I Will try free some power and try
