reference  Case # 240617-002910  I added information yesterday,.  The original  Case was created I believe on 06/16/24, I have had no updates there is considerable money involved here and I need the information that I requested yesterday.

How do you find out if a card was redeemed or not

Probably during registering the card.

If you have case already opened with Razer Gold Support, then everything is fine. Yes, sometimes they need more time to respond, but they will respond, no worries.
