Gold Reload failed but it charged my card | Razer Insider

Pretty much what the title says. I tried to reload some gold to my wallet, I paid for it with a Visa debit card but after I click proceed with transaction or whatever the button is after i put in my card info in the worldpay screen, it brings me back to the razer screen and it says transaction failed. I checked my card on my third time, after which it says transaction declined and checked my bank account, showing that it charged my account with the amount I was trying to get both times. How do I fix this or get a refund?

Did you verify if the bank successfully authorized the charge? As much as I want to assist but Razer has a dedicated Razer Gold Support Team. You may reach them by submitting a case this link.
