light went out on one side of the goliath halo mat, i just hit 18 months of having it, reached out to razer and was told to wait for warranty to reach out. well after waiting they said the warranty ends at a year, so good luck. I understand warranties ending but there's obviously a defect. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to wait 5-8 hours. 5-8 hours. no joke. the least they could do is offer people a discount on a new one or something.  is this the normal for everyone's experience with support?
