Good afternoon to all.



I have purchased back in February 2021, a Goliathus Chroma XXL mousepad, directly from Razer's EU store.

The mousepad recently did appear some faulty leds. In the beginning there was only one, but after some days, the number increased. Considering the fact that the mousepad was bought in EU, i assumed that my mousepad had 2 years of warranty, thus i contacted Customer Service. Unfortunately, i was informed that the mousepad comes with only 1 year of warranty, therefore they cant proceed with any replacement or repair.



This is pretty confusing, because according to the EU Law, all the products sold in the EU should be covered by 2 years, minimum, of Warranty.

I randomly checked some stores in my country, selling the subject mousepad and they indeed provide 2 years warranty with DOA 7 days. However the Razer has different opinion on this.



I would appreciate if someone could clarify the above discrepancy, helping also future buyers willing to buy directly from the Official Razer Store
